My curiosity. Why it that people is are afraid to speak their mind? Why is it that people use others to vouch for them? We were given the rights to say whatever we want and it says it in the 1st amendment. But for some odd reason people can’t do that. Don’t get me wrong there is a time and a place for everything. And there is always a way of saying things without coming off disrespectful. Maybe people are afraid to speak their mind because they find the other person unapproachable. Maybe people use another person because they feel that, that person is brave enough to confront someone else. For me personally all I want is for people to speak their mind. I feel that it is bad to hold grudges.
1. Its important to speak and listen.
2. Have communication (Be open).
3. Have respect for one another.
4. Things don’t have to be resolved as long as you tried.
5. Learn to let things go
"We hear only half of what is said to us, understand only half of that, believe only half of that, and remember only half of that."
Number 5 is a really important piece of advice to remember. It's a hard lesson to learn, even as adults, that sometimes things don't get resolved, or we aren't going to change minds -- even if that means our own minds about things.
